Project: This research project tries to find out the effects of wind farms on wolf populations living in human-dominated landscapes. We collared 30 wolves and studied several ecological factors (home range sizes, wolf activity, resting sites selection, breeding area selection, food availability, noise effects and wolf habituation at these infrastructures) that could be affected by wind farms. We are currently focusing on the study of the processes of wolf habituation to wind farms.
